Basic principles and purposes of personal data processing
We collect and store personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

The period for which your personal data are processed depends on the purpose for which the processing is carried out.

Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on our behalf, e.g. IT service providers, whereby such entities process personal data on the basis of an agreement concluded with us and exclusively in accordance with our instructions. Your personal data may also be passed on to entities entitled to obtain them under the applicable law. With regard to the data stored in certain cookies – with your consent – the data may be accessed by entities whose technology we use (e.g. Google) or whose plug-ins are located on our website, in particular by social network operators.

Google Analytics and DoubleClick. We use Google Analytics and DoubleClick tools provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The Google Analytics tool serves to realize our legitimate interest consisting in the creation and analysis of statistics to optimize our website. Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our site (e.g., about the pages you have displayed, the time you have spent on the site, and the links you have clicked on). As far as DoubleClick files are concerned, they allow us to check whether you have completed certain activities on our website after viewing or displaying one of our ads or advertisements visible on Google or other platforms. DoubleClick allows us to find out what content you are interested in on our site, so that we can choose the right advertising for you on this basis. The information collected is transferred to servers in the USA, where it is stored. Due to our use of IP anonymization, your IP address is shortened before it is forwarded. Exceptionally, the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymized IP address provided by your browser as part of the Google tools is generally not combined with other Google data. In order to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data as required by European Union legislation, Google LLC has joined the EU-US-Privacy Shield program, under which the European Commission has confirmed that companies holding a Privacy Shield certificate provide an adequate level of data protection.
